Data purchased from Fiducia is licensed for your internal business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the data to third parties without written permission.

Data Accuracy

We verify all data against regulatory sources before delivery. However, advisor registrations and contact information change over time. We guarantee accuracy as of the delivery date but cannot guarantee ongoing accuracy of delivered data.

Payment

Payment is due upon delivery of data unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer and major credit cards.

Limitation of Liability
